If you want to keep yourself away from the chronic diseases in particular will take care of your fitness.

Edith Crown University School of Exercise, Biomedical and Health Sciences Professor Robert Newton, said: "Obesity is an indication to us that our body is going to be the home of several diseases in the future."

Poor fitness these days is cause death. Being overweight is a bad thing, but do it if we are not fit for us it is extremely dangerous.

Exercise is the most effective means of keeping us away from chronic diseases. As well as money spent on treating illnesses us saves up to 80 per cent.

We need to understand that if a person does not fit the low weight and the same is likely to get infected with the disease, as is that of an obese person.

If a fat person focuses on fitness fitness to ignore it for more than a thin person is expected to survive persists.
