The reason you should drink plenty of water

The body needs water just as a car needs oil and gasoline. All the cells and organs of your body depends on water to work effectively.



Having enough water is important
Water is the most important nutrients our body. Adult body composed of water from 60 to 75 percent. Water helps maintain body temperature, protects vital organs digestive aid to transport oxygen and nutrients as well as waste disposal and toxins from the body. The water in itself is not sufficient, it will cause fatigue, constipation and other diseases.

Are you eating enough?
On average, we need to eat 8 to 10 glasses of water every day. If you exercise regularly to maintain water levels in itself is a very important thing. Drink water before, during and after exercise.
